It's Been Awhile. . .

Wow! I can't believe that it has been so long since I posted anything. It certainly has been busy around here, so I guess I shouldn't be so surprised. I'm sure there are those out there who need their Aayla fix (Aunt Jenni!), so here it is. Aayla is extremely mobile now. She spends most of her time finding things to get into (apparently babies are born with radar to detect the one thing in the room that they should not get into!). Right now, she is playing with tissue paper on the floor and having a good old time with it. Her favorite sound today is "Gah." It changes from day to day. And her favorite activity is razzing, including while she is eating - FUN, FUN, FUN. Last night she razzed cauliflower all over the table and even got some in my eye.

In other news, we had a great Easter. Good food, time spent with family, what's not to love?!? We also did our yearly Easter egg hunt, from which Nathan emerged victorious (it's usually neck and neck between him and Mike, but he won this year).

Mike is now on 3rd shift, at least temporarily (we are still trying to decide whether he should stay on 3rd or go back to 2nd. Both have positives and negatives, so it's not the easiest decision. I have been using my "free time" to learn HTML. I think it's going well, but the real test is when I actually design a web page - we'll see how that goes. I have also been planning our vacation to PA.
